We believe you should know when you are interacting with AI and what it can and cannot do. This disclosure summarizes how Cursv.ai uses automated AI systems.

Answer Keys are AI-generated

When you solve an assignment, Cursv.ai sends its contents to a third-party AI model (provided by Anthropic) that generates an Answer Key. The result is produced by software, not a human tutor or subject expert.

AI can be wrong

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or entirely fabricated, even when it looks confident and well-formatted. It is not a substitute for professional, academic, legal, medical, or other expert judgment. You must review and verify every Answer Key before you use, submit, or distribute it. You are responsible for the output you choose to use.

Human control

Answer Keys are fully editable. Nothing is submitted, sent, or graded on your behalf — you decide what to keep, change, or discard, and what to do with the rendered result.

Rendering in your handwriting

Rendered PDFs reproduce your handwriting from a template you provide. Because output can look indistinguishable from something you wrote by hand, you are responsible for using it honestly and in line with any academic-integrity or other rules that apply to you. See our Terms of Service.

Your data and AI training

We do not permit your assignments, Answer Keys, or handwriting to be used to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
